Simple to restore

Simply use the restore option in our software to choose a full or partial restoration to start downloading data immediately, allowing you to prioritise key files and minimise any downtime.

Flexible Backup Schedule

You can set schedules to perform backups daily or weekly (at specific times i.e. after 9pm) or before Windows/ Mac OSX shuts down. This keeps your backup data up to date by uploading any new or changed files as regularly as you wish.

Email reports

When a scheduled backup is complete you are emailed a report containing a summary of the backup and full file log.

Data Import

Your backup will start as soon as you've installed our software, or if your backup size is over 50Gb, we recommend using our Data Import Service to arrange for the data to be collected from your office. We can also same day deliver any data you need to restore if the backup size if it's over 200Gb.

In built support for Microsoft Outlook & Outlook Express

Outlook data is often some of the most valuable to a business (contacts, appointments, important emails etc), but backing up data stored within the software is often a headache as few users know where to find the correct files that store your personal information (e.g. “.pst”, “.dbx”) and address book (“.wab”).

Our software has in built support for Outlook, and data can be backed up by simply ticking a single checkbox. Backing up of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Outlook Express has never been easier.

Save even more time with In-File version tracking

Our software also has in-file version tracking technology, which only needs to backup changes within the file since the last backup. This drastically reduces the amount of time your scheduled backups take to run.

All your data is securely encrypted and sent to our servers via a secure connection (SSL). It's also stored on our servers in a 256-bit encrypted format for maximum security. As your version of our backup software will have a unique encrypting key, this ensures only you can access and read the data.
