Exchange server

Our built-in Microsoft Exchange Backup Module allows you to do complete or partial backup and restore for Microsoft Exchange Server, including individual emails, calendars, and contact lists, etc. If you lose critical data, you can restore any individual emails, calendars and contact lists within a very short period of time without the need to restore the full Exchange information store first.

Email reports

When a scheduled backup is complete you are emailed a report containing a summary of the backup and full file log.

Data Import

Your backup will start as soon as you've installed our software, or if your backup size is over 50Gb, we recommend using our Data Import Service to arrange for the data to be collected from your office. We can also same day deliver any data you need to restore if the backup size if over 200Gb.

Our software also has in-file version tracking technology, which only needs to backup changes within the file since the last backup. This drastically reduces the amount of time your regularly scheduled backups take to run.

All your data is securely encrypted and sent to our servers via a secure connection (SSL). It's also stored on our servers in a 256-bit encrypted format for maximum security. As your version of our backup software will have a unique encrypting key, this ensures only you can access and read the data.
